2. The Competition

These Terms and Conditions apply to all competitions listed on the Promoter's website and/or the related mobile application, including standard competitions and online "instant win" competitions, and govern every relationship between the Promoter and you. Together, Standard Competitions and Instant Win Competitions are referred to as "Competitions", and references to a "Competition" mean either a Standard Competition or an Instant Win Competition. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and any listing on the Site, advertisement or other material used to promote a competition, these Terms and Conditions prevail. To have a chance of winning, all entrants must comply with these Terms and Conditions and, where required, correctly answer a question or solve a problem set by the Organiser (the "Competition Question"). Both a paid and a free entry route are available for all Competitions, as explained in section 3.

3. How to enter

Competitions run from and including the opening and closing dates published on the Site. All times and dates referenced are Hungary time. If strictly necessary, the Organiser reserves the right to modify the item offered (keeping equivalent value) or the opening and closing dates; changes are published on the Site, and the Closing Date may be extended to sell all entries. All entries must be received by the Promoter no later than the specified time on the Closing Date; late entries are automatically disqualified with no refund. The maximum number of entries for a Competition is published on the Site and entries may be capped per person. To enter a Standard Competition via the paid route: (a) view the Competition on the Site; (b) submit an answer to the Competition Question (if required); (c) select the number of entries and proceed to checkout; (d) log in or register; (e) accept the Terms and Conditions and complete the purchase. Instant Win entries follow the same steps without the Question. Use of PayPal or other payment systems is restricted to persons aged 18 or over. Once you buy an entry online, the Organiser will send a confirmation. The Organiser is not responsible for entries that are not successfully completed, are lost or delayed for any reason, including equipment, technical, system, satellite, network, server, hardware or software failures.

4. House Competition subscriptions

During checkout the Promoter offers an optional subscription to its monthly House Competition, under which you make a monthly payment to receive regular entries into the House Competition each month (a "Subscription"). A Subscription grants a defined number of entries per month as described on the Site ("Subscription Services"). Entries via Subscription are discounted versus one-off paid entries. Subscription fees are displayed on the Site and charged monthly while your Subscription is active: an Initial Purchase Fee at the time of purchase and a recurring monthly Subscription Fee around the first calendar day of each month. If the monthly House Competition is not launched by the first calendar day, the Subscription Fee is charged on the day after launch. Depending on start date, the Initial Purchase Fee and the first Subscription Fee may be charged in the same calendar month. Your Subscription Fee will never exceed the Initial Purchase Fee unless you expressly authorise otherwise, although the entry fee per House Competition may vary. Payment must be made by debit card, credit card, Google Pay or Apple Pay. You authorise us to store your Payment Method and to charge it automatically each month with the Subscription Fee unless the Subscription is cancelled. If the Payment Method fails, you must supply an alternative or the Subscription is cancelled. Your Subscription starts once the Initial Purchase Fee is paid and renews automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel or amend a Subscription at any time from your Site account; please notify us at least 3 working days before the start of each calendar month so we can cancel before the next Subscription Fee is charged. We may suspend or cancel Subscription Services at any time and will notify you by email; existing entries into the relevant Competitions are unaffected.

5. Choosing a winner

For Standard Competitions, all entrants who correctly answer the Competition Question (if required) are placed into a draw and an entrant is selected by draw to be eligible to receive the Prize. The draw takes place as soon as possible and in any event within 7 days of the Closing Date (the "Draw Date"), pending receipt of the official banking transfers/payments listing. All entrants in a Standard Competition may have their names and entry numbers included in a spreadsheet that may be published on the Site and visible during the live draw. If you do not wish your name to be included, contact the Organiser by email as soon as possible after entering, and in any event at least 48 hours before the live draw. For Instant Win Competitions, prizes are randomly allocated to numbers in a spreadsheet; each eligible entry is then randomly allocated a number and if it matches a prize, that entrant wins. Instant Win entrants are notified whether they have won on the relevant Competition web page and by automated email. Eligible winners are referred to individually as a "Winner" and collectively as "Winners". For entry support, contact us by phone or email.

6. Eligibility

The Competition is open to persons aged 18 or over, except: (a) employees of the Promoter and its group companies; (b) employees of the Promoter's agents or suppliers who are professionally connected with the Competition or its administration; and (c) close family members or households of those in (a) and (b). By entering you confirm you are eligible to enter and to claim any prize. The Promoter may require evidence of eligibility; failure to provide it within a reasonable time may result in disqualification. Entries generated automatically by computer, or that are incomplete, are not accepted. The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intent of the Competition, including if you are rude or abusive. Subject to section 13.3, no refunds of the entry fee are given in any circumstances, including if you are later found ineligible, if eligibility criteria change, or if you are disqualified for any reason. If an entrant engages in any form of actual or apparent fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or concealment, hacking or interference with the Website, or unauthorised modification or use of any Website code, all of their entries will be void, no refunds will be given, and they may be barred from future Competitions. Creating multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited; anyone found operating multiple accounts to manipulate our competitions will be disqualified and all associated entries may be voided at our sole discretion.

7. The Prize

The Prize for each Competition is described on the Website. Prize details are believed to be correct at the Opening Date. Prizes are subject to availability and the Promoter reserves the right to substitute any Prize with another of equal or greater value. For Instant Win Competitions, listed prizes are those available to be won; there is no guarantee that all prizes will be won. The Organiser makes no other representations or warranties regarding the Prize, its value, condition or any other information on the Site. There is no cash alternative unless stated on the Site, although the Organiser may at its sole discretion offer one if the Winner prefers cash. The Prize is non-refundable, non-negotiable and non-transferable. If the Prize is a vehicle: (a) the Organiser will ensure the vehicle has its official documents; (b) no insurance is included and the Winner is responsible for insuring and registering the vehicle before driving it on public roads; (c) the Organiser has no responsibility for the Prize once delivered — the Winner is solely responsible for compliance with all relevant laws and safe operation; (d) no vehicle/road tax is included; (e) the Winner is responsible for holding the licences, qualifications, knowledge and experience needed to operate the vehicle safely and legally.

8. Winners

If the Winner chooses a cash Prize, the Promoter will pay that sum within 14 working days of receiving the Winner's choice and validating their bank account details. The Organiser's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. For Standard Competitions the Organiser will contact the Winner personally as soon as possible after the Draw Date, and no later than 7 days after, using the phone or email supplied with the entry. If the Winner cannot be contacted, is unavailable, or has not claimed the Prize within 14 days of the Draw Date, the Organiser may award the Prize to the next eligible entrant. For Instant Win Competitions the Organiser contacts winners within 48 hours of the winning entry. If a Winner cannot be contacted or has not claimed within 14 days of the first attempt, the Organiser may reallocate the Prize back into the pool or dispose of it as it sees fit. The Organiser must publish or make available information showing a valid award took place and will publish the Winner's name and winning number on the Website and share it with anyone who entered. The Organiser reserves the right to withhold a Prize if it reasonably suspects a Winner is not eligible or has breached these Terms and Conditions.

9. Claiming the prize

Winners must claim the Prize personally; it cannot be claimed by a third party on the Winner's behalf. Delivery or collection details are published on the Website. If your personal details change at any time, notify the Organiser by email as soon as possible with details of the Competition, your old details and your new details. If your details change within 10 days of the Closing Date, the Organiser will use your old details if it needs to contact you. Any cash Prize will be transferred directly into the Winner's designated bank account; the Winner must provide evidence they are the sole or joint account holder. If a Winner does not claim the Prize and/or provide bank details for any cash Prize within 14 days of notification, the Winner will be disqualified and forfeit the Prize; the Promoter may then offer the Prize to the next eligible entrant (Standard) or dispose of it as it sees fit (Instant Win). The Promoter is not liable to pay any compensation if a Winner is unable or fails to collect the Prize.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter, its group companies, agents and distributors are not liable to compensate the Winner or to bear any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death arising from collecting the Prize, except where caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents, distributors or their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected. The Promoter is not liable for: (a) any entry not received due to incorrect entry information or failed data transmission; (b) unauthorised access to, theft, destruction or alteration of entries; (c) technical failures, errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, delays or communications-line failures affecting any equipment, systems, networks, satellites, servers, computers or providers used in any part of a Competition; (d) inaccessibility or unavailability of network services, wireless services, the internet and/or any website; and (e) the Winner's use of the Prize. The Promoter's maximum liability to you in connection with any Competition is limited to 100% of the entry fees you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the liability. This section does not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by the Promoter's negligence, for fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

11. Data protection and publicity

By entering a Competition you agree that any personal information you provide may be held and used only by the Promoter, its group companies, agents and suppliers to administer the Competition or as set out in the Promoter's Privacy Policy, available on the Website. If you are a Winner, you agree that the Promoter may use your name, likeness and city or county of residence to announce the Competition winner and that you will participate in reasonable publicity requested by the Promoter.

12. General

The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time; the latest version is always available on the Website. If there is reason to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions, the Promoter may at its sole discretion exclude you from participating in a Competition and any future Competitions. The Promoter reserves the right to void, suspend, cancel or amend the Competition where necessary due to circumstances beyond its control; in that case, the Organiser will refund any entry fees paid. There is no minimum number of entries and the Organiser will not suspend, cancel, extend the Closing Date or amend the Competition for lack of entries — the draw will take place and the Prize will be awarded regardless of the number of entries received. Competitions on the Site are not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook, X, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok or any other third-party media platform; by entering, participants agree those platforms have no liability and are not responsible for administering or promoting the Competitions. These Terms and Conditions are governed by applicable law.
